All pick ups need to be arranged by appointment. We use a commissary kitchen so we will need to meet you outside of the facility or somewhere in between (if agreed upon).
Please text or call upon arrival and we will bring everything over to you.
All orders that are not paying cash will need to be paid for in full online at least 48 hours before pickup.
Once the order has been handed off we can no longer be responsible to any damage or improper handling of the items.
To help for a safe travel with the items we recommend all items, especially Cakes, to be placed on a flat surface in the vehicle. We never would suggest putting anything on your car seats as they are never flat and the number one reason a cake would not survive the ride.
Anti slip mats are recommended and please make sure there is nothing that could slide or hit into the box.
Please see our storage info for how to handle once arrived to the destination. If there are any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out!
All deliveries need to have a 1 hour window for arrival time.
Payments on any delivery need to be paid in full at least one full week before event date.
Once cake is delivered we can no longer be held responsible. We recommend reading up on our storage suggestions so that your cake and desserts are kept properly until served.
Upon delivery, a designated party will need to sign that the order has arrived and is in good standing.
Display
We recommend that no cake be left out for anymore than 4 hours. This includes for display and or waiting to be displayed.
If it has a refrigerated filling then we suggest not leaving it out for anymore than 2 1/2 hours.
Outdoor parties, cake should only be put out for cutting and never displayed outside for longer than a half hour unless conditions seem to be fit. in that scenario the client is responsible to use their own discretion.
Travel
We suggest only traveling with a cake when it has been refrigerated to ensure it’s sturdy enough for travel.
If travel time exceeds 45 minutes then we suggest refrigeration upon arrival for no less than 1-2 hours before displaying.
Once cake has arrived we Highly suggest placing it where it will be displayed so that it does not have to be moved again. Once a cake has come back to room temperature it becomes more fragile and any moving of it can compromise its structure.
