The Jenni Behind The JenniCakes:
Jennifer Richmond, Owner of JenniCakes, found her calling at the age of 14. Following her passion, Jenni went on to attend The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, graduating with a Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. Since then, Jenni has worked with a variety of bakeries and has extended her education studying under professional decorators such as Colette Peters, Nicholas Lodge, Ewald Notter, Elisa Strause, Ron Ben-Israel, and Debbie Brown. And the icing on the cake, and a testament to Jenni’s specialty, designer cakes and entirely edible creations, she and her team were featured as finalists on the Food Networks, Cake Wars (aired March 28, 2016) and the Foodnetwork and Cooking Channels, Freakshow Cakes (aired October 2019).
