My name is Jennifer Richmond and I am the owner of JenniCakes. I started decorating at the age of 14. It was then that I knew that this was my passion. After finding my calling, I attended The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY from which I graduated with an Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. Since, I have worked in various bakeries and have attended many classes with professional decorators such as Colette Peters, Nicholas Lodge, Ewald Notter, Elisa Strause, Ron Ben-Israel, Debbie Brown, and many others. It was from here where I had learned all of my working mediums and put my creative ideas to work.
